Information we do NOT collect:

  • Payment information: All billing is handled by Paddle.com. We never see, store, or process your credit card details.

  • To monitor Reddit and Hacker News for your configured keywords.
  • To send you email alerts when matching content is found.
  • To display your alert history and analytics in the dashboard.
  • To communicate important service updates and announcements.
  • To improve the Service based on usage patterns.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Pulsely:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication (your data is stored securely in their cloud infrastructure).
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery for alerts and notifications.
  • Paddle: Payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance as Merchant of Record.
  • Vercel: Application hosting and deployment.

Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (Supabase session cookies). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained as long as your account is active.
  • Alert history: Retained for the duration of your account.
  • After account deletion: All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

You have the right to:
